You may purchase punch cards for use in any of the group classes. They come in 8 punches for $95 to be used within 4 months of purchase or 16 punches for $175 to be used within 6 months of purchase.
Private one-on-one sessions are $50 for 1 hour. Please contact Gretchen via email or at 507-271-2210 for availability.
Prior to attending group classes you must take an introductory training class. The initial training class is a private session at the reduced rate of $25 or two punches of a card. In this class you will learn the basics you need to know in order to participate in a group class. You may come to observe a class for free if you want to check us out!
