At Forza! (pronounced fortza) you will enhance total body awareness while building core strength, increasing flexibility, and improving cardiovascular fitness all in a fun yet challenging environment.
As owner and instructor of Forza!, I am dedicated to teaching you how you can efficiently strengthen your body and mind; Forza is Italian for strength. You will learn how to swing a kettlebell, squat with proper body mechanics, use body-weight exercises to build strength without having to do multiple repetitions and sets, and increase flexibility through Resistance Stretching.
No matter what your current fitness level, you will work at your own ability to improve. My mission is to help you reach a level of fitness that will allow you to live with total physical confidence and mental awareness.
